Not too bad for being off for the weekend. I did try to make sure that I didn't just eat a ton. I overate on Sat night and Sun night, but both days I did fairly well during the day. So this is the plan: Low-carb during the week, off low-carb for the weekends, but still keep things under control so I don't gain 4 lbs per weekend. I figure at this rate I can lose 3-4 lbs per week and then just not gain over the weekend. This will be my best shot at some longevity, and would put me at my goal weight in less than 10 weeks!
