Still at 275. I gained a bunch over the weekend, mostly because I went off the plan on Friday night instead of waiting until Saturday. Two days left this week so I should drop a pound or two for the week.

My fat is getting jiggly, that's a good sign. I did better this week than I thought, even ate out one day. Here is my question: Should I do this?

Not too bad for being off for the weekend. I did try to make sure that I didn't just eat a ton. I overate on Sat night and Sun night, but both days I did fairly well during the day. So this is the plan: Low-carb during the week, off low-carb for the weekends, but still keep things under control so I don't gain 4 lbs per weekend. I figure at this rate I can lose 3-4 lbs per week and then just not gain over the weekend. This will be my best shot at some longevity, and would put me at my goal weight in less than 10 weeks!

Today at home I weighed in at 276.6 with a goal weight of 250. That would be about the same weight as when I got married (also the last time I saw that weight). I have gained some of the weight I lost last fall, but that is pretty typical for me to gain weight during the holidays. I am kind of excited to be heading back to 250!
